Shipping policy

The present website and associated sales services are managed by Fortiorix Logistia, S.L.U. (hereinafter “VENZE”), with Tax ID B19940600 and registered office at Paseo de la Castellana 266, 28046 Madrid.

At VENZE we strive to deliver your orders with maximum speed and reliability. Our logistics are handled by a specialised operator with distribution centres in Spain, enabling us to offer a professional and scalable service.

1. Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders exceeding the minimum amount, which is automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.
  • Subscriptions: Orders placed under the subscription model may qualify for special shipping conditions, automatically calculated during the checkout process.
  • Other orders: Shipping costs will be calculated and clearly displayed before you finalize your purchase.

2. Order Processing and Timelines To ensure fast delivery we follow these preparation protocols:

  • Business Days: Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12:30 p.m. will be prepared the same day.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12:30 p.m. or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Dispatch: Once processed, the order is usually handed over to the carrier within 1 business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Times Once the package leaves our facilities, typical delivery times are:

  • Spain (Mainland): 1–3 business days.
  • Spain (Balearic Islands): 3–5 business days.
  • Spain (Canary Islands): 5–7 business days.
  • European Union: 2–6 business days.
  • International (outside the EU): 5–15 business days.

Important: These are estimates only. External factors such as weather conditions, customs inspections or carrier incidents may cause variations.

4. Responsibility for Delivery Address

  • Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
  • Modifications: Address changes can only be made if notified before the order is processed by the warehouse. You have 30 minutes after placing the order to modify the shipping address or the order by contacting us. After this 30-minute window, the order cannot be modified.
  • Exemption from Liability: VENZE shall not be liable for undelivered or incorrectly delivered orders due to erroneous information supplied by the customer that was not corrected in time.

5. Delivery Attempts and Delays

  • Attempts: Up to two (2) delivery attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to origin and management/return shipping fees may be charged to the customer. In Spain, after a failed second attempt the carrier will take the package to the nearest collection point for you to collect within the following days (it will be returned to the warehouse after 15 days). After that period the order will be returned to our warehouse and refunded, excluding all shipping and return costs, which shall be borne by the customer.
  • Cancellation for Delay: If the order is delayed more than 15 business days beyond the estimated deadline (for reasons unrelated to customs or the customer), the user may request cancellation and a full refund.

6. Collection Point (Spain only) Once the order reaches the collection point it will remain there for a maximum of 15 days.

  • If not collected within this period, it will be returned to our warehouse and refunded, excluding shipping and return costs (borne by the customer).
  • If you select Collection Point, it cannot be changed to Home Delivery once the order has been processed.

6. Obligation to Inspect (Inspection Clause) To ensure transport insurance coverage, the following procedure is mandatory:

  • Upon receipt: Check the packaging. If there is visible damage, note it on the carrier’s delivery note or refuse the shipment.
  • Internal damage: If the contents are damaged, you have a maximum of 24 hours from receipt to notify VENZE. After this period we cannot process claims with our logistics operator.

7. Customs and Taxes For international shipments outside the EU, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that local authorities may impose.
