Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-sale orders or “try before you buy”. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases.
Subscriptions When you purchase a subscription you will receive recurring deliveries based on the chosen duration and frequency. Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery unless you opt to pay in advance. Some subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the term. You may cancel at any time. Order confirmation emails contain links to manage your subscription. Please see our return policy for information on returns and refunds.
Pre-sale Orders When you buy a pre-sale item you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or not yet in inventory. We may charge nothing or only a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and charge the full or remaining amount on a future date. You may cancel a partially paid pre-sale order that has not yet been prepared. Once prepared, it cannot be cancelled but you may request a full or partial refund (see our return policy).
Try Before You Buy When you purchase a “try before you buy” item we authorise your payment method before preparation. You will have a set period to decide whether to keep the item. If you do not return it within the period, we will charge the full amount to your payment method.
