Refund policy
You have a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order. This means you have 30 days from the date of your first order to request a refund.
Eligibility Conditions:
- To qualify for a refund, proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.
- Refunds are granted exclusively to first-time customers. If you have placed more than one order with us, the satisfaction guarantee is void.
- Operational shipping costs to the customer (€8) and any return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The 30-day refund policy applies exclusively to the first purchase.
- For multi-month subscriptions, unopened (sealed) containers must be returned in order to process the refund.
- Usage Protocol: We ask that you use VENZE consistently for a period of 21 to 30 days before drawing any conclusions about its effectiveness. Real results are built through daily use.
Procedure: To start a refund process, contact us at contact@usevenze.com. If your request meets our policy, we will send you the relevant instructions by email. Items returned without a prior refund request will not be accepted. For any questions regarding returns or refunds, please contact us at contact@usevenze.com.
CANCELLATION OF UNSHIPPED ORDERS Due to our automated warehouse system, which processes orders immediately upon receipt, it is not possible to cancel orders that have already been successfully processed.
RETURN POLICY You may return any unopened and sealed product within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order.
- We do not provide return labels; return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

- A €8 return processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
DAMAGES AND INCIDENTS Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong product so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds for sale items, products purchased during promotional periods or gift cards.
EXCHANGES The quickest way to obtain the desired product is to request a refund for your current purchase and, once approved, place a new separate order.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IN THE EUROPEAN UNION (14 DAYS) Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with its original seal intact and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
REFUNDS We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your refund request, informing you whether it has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received the refund, please contact us at contact@usevenze.com.
